Saturday, May 24, 2025 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (PST) Sliding Scale: $150–$200 USD Join us for an intimate, supportive online workshop designed to help you reflect on and process your birth story—whether it happened weeks, months, or years ago. In this small-group setting (limited to 6 participants), we’ll move through a guided experience that blends journaling, mindfulness, and gentle movement. You’ll receive a printed Birth Story Reflections™ journal by mail (or a downloadable PDF if registering close to the date). Together, we’ll explore themes of transformation, healing, and integration in a non-judgmental, nurturing space. Held virtually via Zoom.
